Location of your choice within the San Diego, Orange County, and LA area
Digital Images in Hi-Resolution on Cd received within 2-4 weeks
Online proofing/ordering Gallery
Color corrected editing
Online Gallery to view and share with family and friends and/or the option to purchase prints directly from site
Residential Homes & Commercial Property Photography
ADDED mileage fees if event is outside of Orange County, CA
Exterior $75
Interior $75
Both Interior and Exterior $125 (Any size property under 5,000 square feet)
Properties above $5,000 sq. feet $200
If property needs staging, add $25 per room
Property at Twilight, add $ 25 for the golden hour sunset shoot
Services Steps
1. Schedule and reserve property viewing with photographer
2. Photographer shoots property at designated time and location. Photos will cover all features the agent/broker communicates (usually 35-95 images unless otherwise discussed, allow 1.5 hour window for shoot process)
3. Enjoy! Edited and Hi Res images will be provided via a Dropbox link or otherwise discussed
4. Turn-Around time is within 24-48 hours of placement of order
5. Payment is expected BEFORE the time photos are delivered. An invoice will be sent to the client via PayPal or otherwise discussed
Wedding/Engagement Collection

Session Deposit fee $500.00

You. Me. A sit down meet & greet over coffee/tea or whatever you fancy
Engagement session
Me & a second photographer
Online proofing/ordering gallery

Digital Images on Hi-Resolution CD delivered within 6-8 weeks
** I book a select number of weddings each year, so it's best to reserve your date early.
